Description

The Magpul M-LOK SVG is built for shooters who want a positive vertical grip reference without the bulk that a full-length grip adds to a handy carbine or pistol-format build. Shorter than the Magpul MVG, it cuts down on snag points and keeps the shooter’s hand positioned closer to the bore axis, which matters when you’re working around barriers or running a compact handguard.

Attachment is through the M-LOK interface on octagonal aluminum handguards only — not compatible with round-profile or polymer forends, so confirm your handguard geometry before ordering. The mounting system pulls directly into the M-LOK slots, leaving no lateral play once torqued down.

Texture does real work here. The side panels carry Magpul’s Trapezoidal Surface Projections, which are raised geometric features that dig in under pressure without tearing up a bare hand during extended handling. The front and rear straps are serrated independently, giving a different tactile register for the fingers wrapped around the grip body. The combination keeps the hand indexed consistently even in wet or cold conditions.

The grip is molded from Magpul’s proprietary polymer rather than glass-filled nylon or aluminum, which keeps weight down and eliminates corrosion concerns. The design is fully ambidextrous — there are no handed surfaces, so it installs and runs the same regardless of which side the shooter favors. Black finish.
