Description

Running a weapon light or laser on an M-LOK handguard means dealing with cable — and without a real management solution, that cable ends up zip-tied, taped, or just loose. The Magpul Wire Control Kit is built specifically for that problem. Each kit includes six half-slot assemblies that mount directly to metal M-LOK handguards and anchor cable at whichever points the route actually requires, without occupying a full slot and without forcing adjacent accessories to move.

The half-slot footprint matters because cable paths rarely run straight from a remote switch to a light or laser. Each assembly accommodates three routing orientations — straight through, 90 degrees, and 180 degrees — so the hardware conforms to the cable path rather than the other way around. That flexibility eliminates the awkward loops and forced bends that show up when cable management hardware only handles one direction.

Nothing about the installation is permanent. The assemblies can be removed, repositioned, and reinstalled as a loadout changes, leaving no adhesive residue and no marks on the handguard. For shooters who reconfigure their rifle regularly, that matters more than it sounds. ODG color matches Magpul’s OD Green family of accessories. Construction is polymer throughout. Note that fit is confirmed for metal M-LOK handguards; compatibility with polymer M-LOK handguards is not guaranteed, and the assemblies are sized for standard gauge cables.
