Description
The Magpul MOE Fixed Carbine Stock in Flat Dark Earth is built for shooters who want a rigid, no-movement buttstock on a Mil-Spec carbine-length buffer tube — whether that is a preference for feel, a build requirement, or a competition rule. Where a collapsible stock introduces even minor flex or rattle at the locking mechanism, a fixed design eliminates that variable entirely, giving a consistent cheek weld every time the rifle comes up.
The slim profile keeps the stock from adding unnecessary bulk, and the geometry is shaped to provide a natural cheek position rather than the squared-off shelf common on older fixed designs. Sling attachment is handled through integrated 1.25-inch loops, and the stock accepts optional push-button QD Sling Mount Kits on either side if a quick-detach setup is preferred — those kits are sold separately. The rear face is compatible with Magpul’s ASAP Plate and PRS Extended Rubber Buttpad, so fit and recoil management can be tuned without replacing the stock itself.
Installation does not require castle nut or lock plate removal, which keeps the job accessible without armorer tools. Construction is injection-molded polymer, and the stock is made in the USA. The Flat Dark Earth finish matches current Magpul color standards across the MOE line, making it straightforward to coordinate with other FDE furniture on the same build.
