Description

The Magpul MOE pistol grip is a straightforward drop-in replacement for the standard AR-15/M4 grip, built for shooters who want a meaningful ergonomic improvement without a complicated installation. It fits directly onto any mil-spec AR-15 or M4 lower receiver using the same mounting hardware as the factory grip, so there is nothing to machine or modify.

The grip is molded in one piece from reinforced polymer, which keeps weight down to 2.8 ounces while maintaining the rigidity needed for consistent hand placement under firing. The 25-degree grip angle positions the wrist in a more natural orientation than the steeper angle common on mil-spec grips, reducing the tendency to bend the wrist upward when acquiring a firing position. The beavertail backstrap extends the grip surface toward the web of the hand, giving the palm more contact area and helping manage muzzle rise without requiring a deliberate adjustment in grip pressure.

Anti-slip texturing covers the grip panels, providing purchase in wet or sweaty conditions where a smooth polymer surface would become unreliable. The interior is hollow and accepts optional Magpul Storage Cores, sold separately, which can hold spare batteries, cleaning patches, or other small items — a practical use of space that is otherwise dead weight. The grip will also physically fit AR-10 and SR-25 pattern lowers, though depending on the specific receiver, a small cosmetic gap may appear at the beavertail junction; this has no effect on how the grip functions or mounts.
