MAGPUL MOE K2 AR GRIP GRY

Description

The Magpul MOE-K2 grip addresses a specific ergonomic problem with the standard AR pistol grip: the traditional angle forces the wrist into a downward bend that becomes fatiguing over a firing session and makes it harder to keep a consistent trigger pull. The K2 moves to a more vertical angle, which straightens the wrist and allows the shooting hand to sit higher on the grip frame. That geometry pulls the primary hand closer to the shooter’s body, giving more positive control during rapid strings and reducing the tendency to torque the muzzle during recoil.

The grip surface uses Magpul’s TSP texture — a pattern of raised polymer points that bites without being abrasive through a glove or a bare hand. It works across a range of conditions where a smooth or lightly stippled grip would allow shift. The backstrap is contoured to guide the middle finger into a consistent position, which in turn sets the trigger finger at the same height relative to the trigger face every time you acquire the grip. That repeatability matters more during stress or in low light than in a controlled range environment.

Installation is a direct swap for the standard AR lower grip — no modification to the receiver required. Mounting hardware and a basic grip cap ship with the grip. The cap can be replaced with optional Magpul Storage Cores if you want to use the interior cavity for small items. This variant is finished in Gray. The grip is made in the USA.
