Description

The PMAG 10 AR/M4 GEN M3 is Magpul’s answer to a straightforward problem: AR-15 and M4 platform shooters who need a compliant-capacity magazine that functions without modification. There are no limiters, pins, or rivets required to reach 10 rounds — the body is purpose-built to that count, which keeps the geometry clean and eliminates the reliability concerns that come with blocking devices inside a full-capacity shell.

Construction uses Magpul’s next-generation impact and crush-resistant polymer, developed to handle the forces of hard use and drops without cracking. The stainless steel spring is rated for long service life, and the four-way anti-tilt follower works against the tilting and binding that can cause failures to feed, particularly when the magazine is running low. A constant-curve internal geometry assists consistent cartridge presentation to the chamber across the full 10-round cycle.

The GEN M3 platform extended compatibility beyond standard Colt-spec AR-15 and M4 receivers through revised internal and external geometry. That same magazine body also functions in the HK 416, MR556A1, M27 IAR, British SA-80, and FN SCAR MK 16/16S, among others. An over-travel stop on the spine prevents the magazine from seating too deeply on compatible platforms, and the bolt catch notch has been redesigned to provide additional clearance for the bolt catch. The flared floorplate makes disassembly straightforward and gives a more positive grip surface during a magazine exchange. An Impact/Dust Cover is included to protect the feed lips and the top round during storage or transport. Made in the U.S.A.
