Description
The Radian Talon is an ambidextrous safety selector built for AR-15 shooters who want full bilateral control without compromise on either side of the rifle. Where most aftermarket selectors commit you to a single throw angle at the time of purchase, the Talon’s modular shaft design lets you switch between a 90-degree and a 45-degree throw without pulling the selector out of the lower — a meaningful advantage when your shooting context changes or you’re simply dialing in preference at the bench.
The four included levers — short, medium, medium tapered, and long — cover a wide range of grip styles and hand sizes, and swapping between them requires no tools and no screws. Spring-loaded studs lock each lever positively in place, so there’s no backing out or play under use. That screwless retention system also means you’re not chasing set screws if a lever ever needs to come off in the field.
The levers and shaft are machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum and finished in mil-spec hard coat Type III anodize, which puts a hard, wear-resistant surface directly into the material rather than sitting on top of it. The selector is made in the United States and fits standard AR-15 lower receivers.
