Description
The Riton 7 Conquer 3-18×50 is built for precision rifle shooters who need a single optic capable of carrying them from close-range positional work out to extended distances where every adjustment has to be exactly where you left it. The First Focal Plane placement of the PSR MRAD reticle means the subtensions stay accurate at any magnification setting, so you can range, hold, and call wind corrections at 4x just as confidently as at 18x — a practical advantage when a target appears at an unexpected distance and you don’t have time to crank the power ring before making a decision.
The R7 Zero Stop turret system lets you return to your mechanical zero after a long string of elevation dialing without counting clicks back down, which matters on a stage with varied distances or during a field course where you’re moving between positions. Riton specifies 46 MRAD of total internal elevation travel — enough to reach past transonic at common precision rifle cartridge velocities without needing a canted base. Click values are 1/10 MRAD, keeping the math straightforward when you’re converting a wind call or correcting off an andimpact.
The 34mm main tube diameter supports that elevation range while keeping the optical path wide enough for the HD/ED glass to work at low light. The Dual Throw Lever system, currently patent pending, gives you two indexed positions for faster gross magnification changes without fumbling for the power ring. The body is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, Type III hard coat anodized, and assembled in a clean room environment. Argon purging rather than nitrogen is used to prevent internal fogging, and the scope is rated to 1200 G’s of shock resistance. Six illumination levels cover the PSR reticle center, each with an independent off position between steps and two auto-shutoff settings to preserve battery life.
