Description
The Steiner T6Xi 1-6×24 was built from the ground up as a duty-grade LPVO for tactical and law enforcement applications, developed in collaboration with Kinetic Consulting to reflect what that community actually needs from an optic. It is equally at home on a patrol rifle used in close-quarters work as it is on a precision-oriented build where the shooter needs to stretch out to distance.
Placing the KC-1 reticle on the first focal plane means that all mil-based holdovers and ranging marks in the reticle remain proportionally accurate at every magnification setting. There is no need to remember which power the reticle was calibrated for — whatever you are dialing or holding at 2x is just as valid at 6x. That matters in a field or duty context where the shooter rarely has time to verify their magnification setting before using a hold.
The turret system gives the user a genuine choice: both an exposed turret and a capped turret are included in the box, so a department can standardize on whichever format suits their training, or an individual shooter can swap based on how the rifle is being used. The never-lost turret design uses a second-rotation indicator so that after the first 120 clicks of travel, the markings signal automatically that the shooter has moved past one full revolution — a practical safeguard against a zero-loss error under stress. A diopter locking ring lets the shooter set eyepiece focus once and lock it against vibration or incidental contact. The included throw lever makes full-range magnification changes manageable even with gloves on.
The T6Xi is manufactured in the USA and carries Steiner’s Heritage Warranty.
