Description

The Buckmasters 3-9×40 was built in collaboration with Jackie Bushman specifically for deer hunters who need a scope that performs in the low-light conditions that bracket most productive hunting hours. The Hellfire illuminated BDC reticle addresses that directly: rather than forcing you to dial elevation for each shot, it provides holdover dots calibrated out to 500 yards, and the illumination lets you pick up the reticle in shaded timber or at dusk when a black reticle disappears against a dark target. Six individual brightness settings mean you can dial the intensity down enough to preserve your night-adapted vision rather than washing out your sight picture.

The reticle sits in the second focal plane, which means the BDC holdover marks are only accurate at maximum magnification.
