The P365 Fuse is built for the shooter who wants a carry pistol that handles like a duty gun. It takes the slim, single-stack-width grip of the P365 platform and extends the slide and barrel to 4.3 inches, which pushes velocity higher out of modern defensive hollow points and gives you a longer sight radius without forcing you to carry a wider gun. The grip stays at roughly an inch wide, so concealment in a good IWB holster doesn’t demand a larger cover garment.

The slide is aggressively serrated and optic-ready, letting you mount a red dot without a separate plate adapter. Out of the box, a fiber optic front sight pairs with a serrated black rear — the fiber gathers enough ambient light to give you a sharp, high-contrast front post for fast target acquisition in daylight, and the plain black rear keeps your eye from chasing two competing reference points. The striker-fired action includes a manual safety, which matters if you carry appendix and want a mechanical barrier against an inadvertent trigger press during reholstering.

The LXG grip module uses laser-engraved stippling across the grip surface, giving consistent purchase even with wet or gloved hands, and the removable magwell funnel speeds reloads under stress. It ships with one 17-round magazine and two 21-round magazines, the latter extending the grip enough to get a full four-finger hold. The barrel carries a Black DLC finish, a hard physical vapor deposition coating that resists corrosion and wear better than a conventional blued or parkerized surface. Interchangeable backstraps let you adjust palm swell to fit different hand sizes without swapping the entire grip module.
