Description
The Safariland Model 7378 is built for everyday concealed carry of the SIG Sauer P365, offering outside-the-waistband access with a profile slim enough to stay discreet under a cover garment. It fits the role of a daily holster for a shooter who wants genuine retention without sacrificing draw speed.
The core of the design is Safariland’s Automatic Locking System. When the pistol is seated, the ALS engages automatically around the firearm without any manual step required from the shooter. To draw, the thumb sweeps the release lever as the hand establishes its grip, so the motion that unlocks the holster is the same motion that initiates the draw — there is no separate step that adds time or requires a shift in hand position. This is meaningfully different from a simple friction-fit holster, where retention depends entirely on how well the shell conforms to the gun.
The shell itself is formed from SafariSeven, a nylon-blend material that resists moisture and does not require a break-in period the way leather does. Raised internal stand-offs hold the pistol slightly away from the shell walls, which protects the finish from abrasion during extended carry. The holster mounts via a flexible paddle that conforms to the hip rather than holding a rigid angle, which allows it to sit closer to the body and reduces printing.
The 7TS designation indicates compatibility with suppressors and threaded barrels — the holster accommodates them without modification. Draw angle and ride height are adjustable through the 7TS mounting system, letting the shooter dial in a position that matches their body and carry preference. Right-hand configuration, matte black finish.
