The Safariland Model 7378 7TS is an outside-the-waistband concealment holster built for left-handed carriers running a Glock 43, 43X, 43X MOS, or Springfield Hellcat. It pairs the Automatic Locking System with an open-top design, which means the firearm is secured the moment it seats in the holster without any manual step — but the draw remains clean and fast because the only thing standing between you and the gun is a thumb-activated release engaged naturally as you acquire your grip. That combination suits everyday carry where a retention holster is wanted but a slow, deliberate disengagement sequence is not.

The shell is molded from SafariSeven, Safariland’s non-marking nylon blend. Because the material is softer than most firearm finishes, it won’t abrade or scratch slide or frame surfaces during repeated reholstering. It also tolerates a wide temperature range — relevant if the holster spends time in a vehicle or in cold weather — and sheds moisture rather than trapping it against the gun, aided by raised interior stand-offs that keep the firearm slightly proud of the shell wall.

The combo attachment system ships with both a paddle and an injection-molded belt loop, so you can switch between the two without buying separate gear. The belt loop accepts a cant adjustment, including crossdraw positioning, giving meaningful flexibility in how the holster rides. The paddle fits belts up to 1.75 inches; the belt loop works across the 1.5 to 1.75-inch range common on most carry belts. The finish is plain black throughout.
