Description

The Safariland INCOG-X is an inside-the-waistband holster built for shooters who carry a weapon-light-equipped Glock 17 or 19 and need genuine concealment without giving up a spare magazine. It came out of a collaboration between Safariland and Haley Strategic, and the design reflects practical input from that partnership rather than a conventional holster geometry.

The shell is made from Boltaron, a thermoplastic that holds its shape under the heat and pressure of daily carry better than kydex tends to in the same conditions, and the interior is wrapped in microfiber suede to protect the slide’s finish during draw and reholster. Retention is passive, meaning the holster holds the pistol through friction fit rather than an active locking mechanism — that keeps the draw stroke simple and consistent, which matters during high-stress use. Tension is adjustable, so you can tune the resistance to your draw preference without replacing any components.

The integrated magazine caddy eliminates the need for a separate carrier, reducing the total number of items clipped to your waistband. The clip system is designed for quick on and off, which is useful when transitioning between carry modes or removing the holster at the end of the day. The holster accommodates compatible weapon lights and is built for right-hand draw. This variant is finished in M81 Woodland, which breaks up the holster’s outline under clothing and suits shooters who prefer a patterned finish over solid black in certain environments.
