The Safariland INCOG-X is a concealed-carry inside-waistband holster built around a joint collaboration with Haley Strategic Partners, designed for shooters who carry a light-equipped Glock 17 or 19 and need a system that works as well for daily carry as it does on the range. Fitting both the 17 and 19 in a single shell matters practically: the longer-grip G17 indexes the same as the G19, so the holster accommodates either pistol without adjustment.

Construction centers on Boltaron, a thermoplastic that holds its shape under heat and pressure better than Kydex while remaining workable enough to be molded to tight tolerances around the light rail area — which is the part of an IWB holster most likely to go soft during prolonged carry against the body. The exterior is wrapped in microfiber suede, which reduces printing against clothing and muffles the friction noise that bare polymer can produce during the draw.

The integrated magazine caddy positions a spare round on the support side without requiring a separate attachment, keeping the overall package slim. Tension is user-adjustable, which matters for weapon-light rigs because the added weight of a mounted light changes the force needed to break the holster’s grip on the draw. The INCOG-X is also RDS-compatible, meaning the hood and mouth geometry clear common red-dot footprints rather than binding on the optic during re-holstering. The MultiCam finish on this version uses the standard MultiCam colorway. Hardware included is clip strut shims, allowing the cant and ride height to be dialed in for the wearer’s build and draw preference.
