Description

The Safariland Species is an inside-the-waistband holster built for concealed carry of the SIG Sauer P365 X-Macro. It is designed for right-hand draw and sits between the belt and the body, keeping the pistol tucked close enough to disappear under a shirt or light jacket without printing. The laminate shell gives the holster enough rigidity to hold its shape during a draw and allow one-handed re-holstering — something softer materials cannot reliably do, because they collapse inward once the gun clears.

The MultiCam pattern on the exterior is a Cordura finish, which adds some abrasion resistance for a holster that will spend time against clothing and body movement. MultiCam also happens to work against a wide range of background colors, which matters if the holster is worn during outdoor activity where a solid color would stand out if it shifts into view.

Safariland covers the Species under their Limited Lifetime Warranty. For a holster worn daily, that matters more than it might for a range-only accessory — daily carry puts more cumulative wear on retention hardware, belt clips, and shell material than most gear endures. The Species fits the P365 X-Macro specifically, so verify your exact model before ordering; the standard P365 and the X-Macro have different frame dimensions and are not interchangeable in this holster.
