Description
The Safariland INCOG-X is an inside-the-waistband holster designed around the practical demands of concealed carry with a weapon-mounted light attached. Most IWB holsters force a choice between running a light and maintaining a low-profile carry setup; this one is built specifically to accommodate a light-bearing Glock 17 or 19 without the added bulk that typically comes with light-compatible designs. The collaboration with Haley Strategic shaped the holster’s geometry and carry philosophy, prioritizing a close, controlled ride against the body.
The shell is constructed from Boltaron, a thermoplastic that holds its shape under sustained body heat better than Kydex in high-temperature environments, and the interior is wrapped in microfiber suede to protect the firearm’s finish during the draw and re-holster cycle. The Multicam Black pattern is a muted, low-contrast treatment that reads as effectively solid black at distance while breaking up the surface texture — a deliberate choice for situations where the holster itself may be briefly exposed.
An integrated magazine caddy is built into the design rather than added as a separate attachment, which keeps the overall footprint tighter against the beltline and reduces the number of separate components to manage during daily carry. The right-hand configuration positions the firearm for a natural, consistent draw stroke. For anyone running a Glock 17 or 19 with an attached weapon light as their primary carry setup, this holster addresses the specific fitment and concealment challenges that configuration creates.
