Description

The Safariland INCOG-X is a concealed carry IWB holster built around the practical demands of everyday carry rather than range convenience. It was developed in collaboration with Haley Strategic Partners and represents a tenth-anniversary redesign of the original Incog platform, which means the geometry and retention mechanics reflect a decade of carry-oriented feedback rather than a clean-sheet guess.

The holster is molded from Boltaron, a thermoplastic that holds its shape across a wide range of temperatures and resists the kind of deformation that can cause retention to loosen over time with repeated draws. The thermofolded hybrid construction allows the shell to conform precisely to the pistol’s profile — in this case the S&W M&P M2.0 with a weapon light attached — while still sitting close enough to the body to stay hidden under a cover garment without bulk.

RDS compatibility is built into the design rather than accommodated by a cutout, so a red dot mounted on the slide clears the holster mouth cleanly without affecting retention or requiring an adapter. The multi-positional mounting system gives the carrier real control over cant and ride height, which matters because those two variables together determine both comfort during extended wear and how naturally the gun comes to hand on the draw. A separate magazine pouch is included, making this a complete carry solution out of the box. Right-hand configuration, Matte Black finish.
