Description

The Unity Tactical FAST LPVO Mount is built for shooters who run low power variable optics under demanding conditions — specifically those who need to maintain a natural head position while wearing electronic hearing protection, communications headsets, night vision devices, or a gas mask. Standard-height scope mounts force you to drop your cheek aggressively onto the stock, which slows your sight picture and collapses your field of view when you’re loaded with gear. This mount addresses that directly by placing the optical centerline at 2.05 inches above the rail, letting you acquire the reticle from a more upright, heads-up posture without straining or repositioning.

That height is not simply a comfort preference. A more neutral head angle means your eyes are already close to the optical axis when your cheek contacts the stock, so your brain spends less time resolving the sight picture and more time processing what’s in front of you. The mount also maintains compatibility with clip-on night vision devices in front of the objective — something a lower mount can compromise depending on the optic and device combination.

The ring and body are machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with a Type III hardcoat anodize, which provides a hard, wear-resistant surface without adding meaningful weight. The mount accepts Unity’s optional Offset Optic Base as an accessory, allowing a miniature red dot to ride alongside the LPVO at an angle — a practical solution for transitioning between magnified and close-range shooting without removing your eye from the gun. The ring diameter is 30mm, fitting the tube size common to a wide range of modern LPVOs. Attachment to the rail is via M1913 Picatinny interface.
