Description

Standard absolute co-witness and lower-third co-witness mounts work well enough on a traditional rifle setup, but once you add night vision equipment, large ear protection, or communication headsets to the equation, the geometry changes. Craning your neck down to find the optic is slow and uncomfortable, and it compounds over a long day of shooting with full kit. The Unity Tactical FAST Optics Riser addresses that problem directly by raising the optical centerline to 2.2666 inches—the same height used across the rest of the FAST ecosystem—so that shooters running a complete kit can maintain a more neutral, heads-up stance rather than breaking their cheek weld to acquire the sight picture.

The riser is designed specifically for Picatinny-mounted optics that already have a built-in lower-third co-witness footprint, such as the EOTech EXPS series and the Leupold LCO, and seats them at a height that also lines up cleanly with the Unity Tactical FAST FTC Magnifier Mount for shooters running a magnifier behind their red dot. It attaches via a rail grabber clamp to any M1913 Picatinny section.

Construction is 7075-T6 aluminum finished with Type III hardcoat anodizing, which is a harder, more wear-resistant surface treatment than standard Type II anodizing. This particular variant ships in Flat Dark Earth. At 2.8 ounces, it adds negligible weight to the host rifle.
