Description
The Unity Tactical FUSION Micro Hub 2.0 is a modular mounting platform built for shooters who need to run multiple pieces of equipment on a single rail section without sacrificing rail space or adding unnecessary weight. The core idea is a standardized base that accepts a range of interchangeable accessory adapters, so the configuration can change as tactics and gear evolve without buying an entirely new mount each time.
Originally developed with Kyle Lamb for Viking Tactics as a compact alternative to the original FUSION hub, the Micro Hub 2.0 carries that lineage forward with meaningful mechanical refinements. A recoil lug has been added to the base, giving the mount a more positive lockup under sustained fire. The top interface accommodates Surefire Scout Lights, Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount lights, and both folding and fixed backup iron sights. The side interface opens up additional options including the Surefire Scout, Surefire RAID, the LightWing, and an offset rail section. On the laser side, the 2.0 version allows direct top-surface mounting of Steiner DBAL-A2, DBAL-A3, and DBAL-I2 units, and integration with the BE Meyers MAWL and PEQ-15/ATPIAL has been improved over the previous version. Note that the DBAL-D2 and DBAL-A4 are not compatible with this interface. This finish is Flat Dark Earth anodized, matching the designation Unity Tactical uses across their FDE product line.
Because the adapter system is standardized across the FUSION platform, new accessory mounts can be added as they become available without replacing the hub itself — a practical advantage for a shooter whose kit changes over time.
