Description

The Unity Tactical ModButton Lite SYNC is a dual-lead remote switch designed for shooters who run both a weapon light and a laser or illuminator on the same platform and need to activate either one without breaking grip or repositioning a hand. Rather than choosing between two separate tape switches routed independently, the SYNC variant allows a single switch body to control two devices simultaneously through a split-lead configuration — one lead terminating at a SureFire Scout-pattern light connector and the other at a Crane-pattern laser connector. That pairing is not arbitrary: it reflects how many purpose-built rifle setups are actually assembled, where a SureFire Scout-family light shares rail space with an AN/PEQ or similar Crane-pinout device.

The switch mounts to a Picatinny rail section and presents a low-profile pad that can be indexed by feel under a support-side thumb without the shooter having to look down or shift hand position. The 7-inch lead length gives enough slack to route the cables cleanly along the handguard to devices mounted further forward, reducing the chance of a taut cable becoming a snag point or pulling a connector loose under movement. A shorter lead would limit mounting options on longer handguards; the 7-inch figure is a deliberate accommodation for full-length and mid-length forend setups. The black finish keeps the switch visually neutral against dark handguards and reduces reflective signature.
