Description

The Unity Tactical FAST LPVO Mount is built around a straightforward problem: standard-height scope mounts force a shooter’s head down into the stock, and that hunched posture costs time, awareness, and compatibility with the equipment soldiers and armed professionals actually wear in the field. The FAST addresses this by raising the optical centerline to 2.05 inches above the rail. That additional height lets a shooter maintain a natural, heads-up position rather than contorting to find the reticle — a difference that becomes especially meaningful when a communications headset, gas mask, night vision goggle, or plate carrier is in play and pressing the head forward.

The 2.05-inch height is also calculated to keep the mount compatible with clip-on night vision devices, so users do not have to choose between LPVO utility and CNVD compatibility. The clamp uses a three cross-bolt rail interface, which distributes clamping force across a wider bearing surface than a single-lever design and resists any tendency to cant under recoil. The mount accepts optional offset optic bases directly on its lower surface, allowing a backup micro red dot to ride in a fixed, repeatable position without adding a separate rail section or riser. Adapter plates with multiple footprints give shooters flexibility as their MRDS choice changes over time.

Construction is 7075-T6 aluminum throughout, finished in Type III Hardcoat Anodize. That anodize treatment penetrates the aluminum surface rather than sitting on top of it, which means it resists abrasion and corrosion without adding meaningful dimension to the machined interfaces. The mount is designed for 34mm scope tubes and carries a zero-MOA cant angle, so it contributes nothing to point-of-impact shift that the scope itself does not introduce.
