Description
The Safariland QLS 19 Locking Fork is the component that makes the Quick Locking System work on the holster side. It mounts directly to the back of any Safariland holster with a 3-hole mounting pattern, or any pouch with a 2-hole pattern, and locks into either the QLS 22 or QLS 22L Receiver Plate. That pairing is what lets you pull a holster off one mounting point and seat it on another in seconds — moving from a belt loop to a tactical leg shroud, for example, without tools and without re-threading hardware.
The fork-and-plate combination is not just a convenience feature. It passes the Level I Retention pull test, so the connection holds under the kind of force that would otherwise strip a holster off a standard adapter. That matters for anyone who carries under stress or runs a leg rig in rough conditions.
This version is finished in Coyote Brown, matching the finish Safariland designates for that color across their QLS lineup. If your holster and plate already live on a belt or shroud in Coyote Brown, this fork keeps the system consistent. It is sold as a single fork only — the receiver plate is purchased separately — so it is the right buy when you want to add a second holster to an existing QLS setup rather than start a new kit from scratch.
