Description

The Arisaka Inline Scout Mount is built for shooters who want to run a Surefire Scout M300 or M600 series light, a Modlite OKW or PLH, an Olight Odin, a Streamlight Protac Rail Mount 1, 2, or HL-X, or an Arisaka 300, 600, or 18650 series light directly on an M-Lok handguard without the bulk of the factory Picatinny rail adapter. By replacing that adapter entirely, the mount brings the base of the light to within 0.2 inches of the handguard surface — a meaningful reduction that keeps the light tucked close and out of the way of support-hand grip variations.

The mount is especially well-suited to handguards with 45-degree angled mounting flats, such as the BCM MCMR, Geissele SMR MK4, MK8, and MK16, Daniel Defense MFR, KAC URX4, and similar platforms. At those angles, three available offset positions let you shift the light up to 0.12 inches to either side of center, which gives you practical clearance options when a fixed front sight — MBUS Pro, Knight’s Armament Micro, and others — is sharing that real estate. Fit varies by which flat you use and which sight you run, so Arisaka documents the combinations in detail.

Construction is CNC-machined 7075-T651 aluminum with a MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodize as the base, then finished in Magpul FDE Cerakote. All mounting hardware is included. Installation requires a T20 Torx or IP20 TorxPlus driver and, for removing the Scout Light’s stock Picatinny adapter, a T9 Torx — none of which are included. Loctite 222 or 243 is recommended on all screws. The design is covered by U.S. patents and manufactured in the USA.
