Description

The B5 Systems Type 23 P-Grip is a direct drop-in replacement for the standard A2 pistol grip on AR-15 and AR-10 pattern rifles, built for shooters who want better wrist alignment without modifying their lower receiver. The grip’s 13-degree vertical angle is noticeably more upright than a traditional A2, which means less wrist bend when acquiring a firing grip — a genuine comfort difference during longer range sessions or any drill that demands repeated presentations.

The extended top tang bridges the gap between the grip and the lower receiver more cleanly than the A2 profile, which helps maintain consistent trigger finger placement and reduces the gap where debris can collect. The aggressive texture is applied across the contact surfaces to maintain retention under wet or cold conditions where a smoother grip would require more hand pressure to stay put.

Construction uses mil-spec composite material, which keeps weight down while holding up to hard use. The grip ships with an open bottom and a screw to secure it, and it is compatible with the B5 Systems Grip Plug sold separately if you want to use the hollow interior for small-item storage such as a spare battery.
