Description

Modern carbine technique has moved away from the bladed stance that shaped the original AR-15 grip geometry. Shooters now square up to the target, and that shift puts the standard grip angle in direct conflict with good wrist alignment. BCM designed the Gunfighter Grip Mod 2 around that reality: a reduced grip angle that keeps the wrist straighter through the trigger press, which translates directly to more consistent trigger control without fighting your own anatomy.

The Mod 2 runs a wider profile than the BCM Gunfighter Mod 0 and Mod 1 — up to a quarter inch broader — giving shooters with medium to larger hands a more secure purchase without wrapping the grip too tightly. That same wider dimension is shared with the Mod 3, so the feel is consistent if you run both on different builds.

Where the Mod 2 earns its modular designation is in the interchangeable components. Front strap inserts swap between a smooth surface and a duckbill that covers the gap above the trigger guard, and backstraps can be exchanged to dial in the fit for different hand sizes or grip styles. The hinged trap door at the base opens to a sealed storage compartment, the rubber gasket keeping moisture out of whatever you store there.

Construction is high-impact polymer, made in the United States. This is a purpose-built tool for shooters who have moved past standard factory furniture and want a grip geometry that actually matches how the rifle is used today. Finished in Flat Dark Earth.
