The CMMG Resolute MK47 is built for shooters who want the reach and terminal performance of 7.62x39mm in a platform that sits between a full-size rifle and a short-barreled build. Where the larger Mk3 architecture is overbuilt for the cartridge, CMMG’s MK47 platform uses a scaled-down receiver set paired with their PowerBolt technology to handle the 7.62x39mm case without carrying unnecessary mass.

The mid-length gas system does meaningful work here: compared to a carbine-length setup, mid-length dwell time bleeds less pressure before unlocking the bolt, which softens the recoil impulse and reduces the violence of the cycling stroke. That has downstream effects on wear and on how quickly you can reacquire a target. The 1:10-inch twist rate is well-suited to the 122–125 grain projectiles that dominate 7.62x39mm production ammunition, so there is no need to hunt for specialized loads to stabilize your bullets.

The EML 15 M-LOK handguard drops the continuous full-length Picatinny rail of earlier CMMG designs in favor of a lighter profile with M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, 9, and 12 o’clock positions. You gain mounting real estate without the weight penalty of unused rail sections. The ZEROED pistol grip, trigger, and safety are CMMG’s own branded control components, and the RIPSTOCK buttstock rounds out the furniture package. The Zeroed safety is configurable to 60- or 90-degree throw, which lets you match the safety geometry to your grip and thumb length. The muzzle is cut with 5/8-24 threads and ships with a Zeroed SV muzzle brake. The rifle arrives with no optic or iron sights, so budget accordingly for your mounting solution. The Armor Tan Cerakote finish is applied across the build.
