The ZEROED 30 is CMMG’s direct-thread suppressor built for shooters running .30-caliber centerfire platforms who want full-auto-rated durability without paying a premium for a mounting system they may never use. The entire can is constructed from 17-4 stainless steel with a nitride finish, a combination that resists corrosion under sustained fire and harsh weather without sacrificing the structural integrity needed for high-pressure cartridges like .308 Win or 7.62x39mm.

The 1/2×28 direct thread HUB mount threads directly onto compatible muzzle threads and interfaces with CMMG’s HUB mounting ecosystem, meaning the suppressor can later be adapted to a QD mounting system by swapping only the mount rather than replacing the can. That adaptability matters if your host lineup changes over time. The mount itself features 7/8-inch wrench flats for removal without specialized tooling, and the suppressor body incorporates a 3/8-inch square drive in the welded front end cap as a secondary engagement point during disassembly.

CMMG manufactures these suppressors entirely in-house, which gives them direct control over material selection and dimensional consistency from raw stock to finished product. At 6.5 inches overall, the ZEROED 30 is sized for practical use on carbines and DMR-length platforms alike without becoming unwieldy on shorter hosts like a 300 BLK pistol-format build.
