Description
The DDM4 V7P in .300 AAC Blackout is built for shooters who want a compact, suppressor-ready platform without giving up the AR15 control layout they already know. The pistol-length gas system is matched to the 10.3-inch barrel in a way that keeps dwell time short and cycling pressure in a range suited to the shorter column of .300 Blackout brass — the result is a more manageable impulse than you would get running a longer gas system on the same barrel length. That same barrel is cold hammer forged from chrome moly vanadium steel and chrome lined, which supports sustained use and simplifies maintenance in the field.
The 1-in-8 twist rate is a practical middle ground for .300 Blackout: it stabilizes the lighter supersonic projectiles commonly used for target work while still handling the heavier subsonic loads that make this caliber interesting for suppressed shooting. The 5/8″-24 muzzle thread is the standard pitch for .300 Blackout suppressors, so no adapter is needed for most cans. The MFR 9.0 M-LOK handguard gives you real estate for lights, foregrips, or other accessories without adding unnecessary mass, and the SB Tactical SBA3 brace offers five positions of adjustment so the pistol fits a range of arm lengths and shooting positions. The GRIP-N-RIP charging handle is independently ambidextrous, meaning each side actuates on its own rather than requiring both sides to move together. The lower is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with an enhanced flared magazine well, and the pistol ships with one 30-round PMAG. No sights are included, leaving the optic choice entirely to the shooter.
