The 8-inch barrel is threaded at 1/2×28 tpi, so you can mount a 9mm suppressor or muzzle device directly without an adapter. Direct blowback with a barrel of this length produces a felt impulse that is blunter than a locked-breech design, though in a 9mm platform the difference is manageable and the trade-off is a simpler, more robust action with fewer moving parts to monitor. The non-reciprocating charging handle keeps the reciprocating mass away from your support hand during fire, which matters for consistent grip pressure and reduces the chance of riding the bolt unintentionally.

An M-LOK handguard runs the length of the forend, giving you multiple mounting positions for lights or lasers without adding unnecessary bulk between positions you are not using.
