Description

The Magpul MOE+ grip addresses one of the more common complaints about standard AR pistol grips: the smooth or lightly textured polymer surface that becomes unreliable the moment your hands are wet, sweaty, or cold. Where the original MOE grip uses a fully polymer construction, the MOE+ wraps a reinforced polymer core in rubber overmolding that conforms to your hand and maintains purchase across a much wider range of conditions. The overmolding runs around the full circumference of the grip rather than appearing as isolated panels, so your firing hand stays indexed consistently regardless of how it lands on the grip.

The grip’s profile was shaped after the medium MIAD, which gives it a fuller feel than a mil-spec A2 grip without going as far as a Hogue-style full rubber sleeve. The beavertail backstrap extends upward to reduce the gap between your hand and the bore axis, which generally helps with muzzle rise management. The bottom of the grip uses hard polymer rather than rubber, so it resists snagging on gear and holds up better to contact with hard surfaces. A basic grip cap is included, and the interior cavity accepts Magpul’s optional Storage Cores if you want to use that space for a spare battery or other small items. All hardware needed for installation on an AR-15 or M4 lower receiver is included. This particular version is finished in Olive Drab Green, Magpul’s ODG, which matches well with other Magpul ODG accessories if you’re coordinating furniture color.
