Description

The Magpul MOE SL Grip — SL standing for Slim Line — is a drop-in replacement for the standard AR-15/M4 pistol grip, designed around a more vertical grip angle than the traditional A2 geometry. That steeper angle is particularly useful on short-length-of-pull setups, where a collapsed stock or compact configuration pulls the shooting hand closer to the body; a more vertical hand position helps keep the wrist straighter and reduces fatigue during extended use.

Where the original MOE grip carries more material around the tang and sides, the SL profile trims that bulk away, bringing the overall girth down for shooters with smaller hands or those who prefer a less pronounced palm swell. The surface is covered in Magpul’s TSP (Textured Surface Pattern) texturing, which provides a secure purchase under wet or gloved conditions without being abrasive against bare skin over a long range session.
