Description

The Reptilia AUS is a one-piece scope mount built for shooters who want a rigid, repeatable platform for 30mm magnified optics on a Picatinny-railed rifle. Because it is cut from a single billet of 7075-T6 aluminum rather than assembled from separate rings and a base, there are no clamping interfaces to shift or loosen under recoil, and zero returns to the same position every time the mount is reinstalled. That matters on any rifle where you expect to remove and replace the optic.

The 1.54-inch bore height places the centerline of a 30mm scope tube at a height that suits most AR-platform cheek welds without requiring a raised comb, while still providing enough clearance for scopes with larger objective bells to clear a rail extending over the barrel. It is also a practical height for bolt-action rifles with similar rail geometry. The mount attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail and can be positioned at any point along that rail, giving the shooter flexibility to set eye relief for different optics without being locked into a fixed spacing.

The Hardcoat Anodized Black finish is applied directly to the aluminum, giving the surface abrasion resistance without adding meaningful weight. At 5.6 ounces, the mount does not significantly affect overall rifle balance. Reptilia machines this product in the United States.
