The Safariland 6360 is a duty holster built for uniformed law enforcement and security professionals who need reliable, consistent weapon retention on the belt throughout a full shift. It combines the Automatic Locking System (ALS) with the Self Locking System (SLS) rotating hood, creating a two-stage retention arrangement that secures the firearm the moment it seats in the holster. To draw, the shooter must disengage both systems in sequence, which reduces the risk of a weapon being taken in a confrontation without meaningfully slowing a trained draw stroke.

The holster is constructed from SafariLaminate, a hardshell material that holds its shape independently of the firearm inside it, so the holster mouth stays open for one-handed reholstering. A suede interior lining contacts the gun’s finish directly, cushioning it against abrasion during prolonged carry. The mid-ride belt loop positions the pistol at a carry height suited to standard duty belts, keeping the grip accessible without riding so high that it conflicts with body armor or equipment on the belt.
