The Safariland INCOG-X is a purpose-built inside-the-waistband holster developed in collaboration with Haley Strategic, aimed at concealed carriers who want a serious carry solution for the Glock 43X or 48 with a weapon-mounted light. The partnership with Haley Strategic shaped the design around practical, everyday use rather than range-only scenarios, so the geometry and retention are tuned for a draw that works under stress and through clothing.

The shell is built from Boltaron, a thermoplastic that holds its shape under heat and pressure better than many softer alternatives, and the interior is wrapped in microfiber suede to protect the pistol’s finish during extended carry. That combination keeps the holster rigid enough for consistent one-handed holstering while the lining prevents the kind of surface wear that bare plastic can leave on a slide or frame over time.

An integrated magazine caddy is built into the system, which removes the need to source and position a separate carrier. Carrying a spare magazine on the same platform as the holster keeps the load balanced and simplifies the belt setup. The Multicam Black finish suits low-profile use without the visual contrast of a standard MultiCam pattern. This variant is cut for right-hand draw and accommodates the Glock 43X and 48 with a light attached, so the fit accounts for the added depth of a weapon-mounted light rather than relying on a generic shell intended for the bare pistol.
