Description
The Safariland INCOG-X is an inside-the-waistband holster developed in collaboration with Haley Strategic, aimed at concealed carriers who want a purpose-built system rather than a generic shell. It is designed around the SIG Sauer P365, P365X, and P365XL fitted with a weapon light, so the fit accounts for the added bulk at the muzzle end rather than relying on an open-bottom design that simply tolerates it.
The body is constructed from Boltaron, a thermoplastic material that holds its molded shape under repeated draw cycles and does not absorb moisture the way leather does — relevant for anyone carrying through warmer months or in high-humidity environments. The interior is lined with microfiber suede, which protects the pistol’s finish without the abrasion that bare thermoplastic can introduce over time.
The integrated magazine caddy is the feature that distinguishes this model from the standard INCOG shell. Rather than carrying a spare magazine separately, the caddy positions it alongside the holster body in a single unit, reducing the number of separate items on the waistband and keeping the spare accessible without a dedicated mag carrier taking up additional real estate on the belt or waistband.
The Multicam Black finish on the Boltaron exterior is a pattern option rather than a structural choice, but it does reduce the visual contrast of the holster if it prints or becomes partially visible under a cover garment. This variant is configured for right-hand draw. The INCOG-X is designed for deep concealment carry, which means the ride height and cant are optimized for keeping the pistol grip below the beltline rather than for speed competitions.
