Description
The Safariland INCOG-X is a inside-the-waistband holster built for serious concealed carry of the SIG Sauer P320 Compact. It came out of a collaboration between Safariland and Haley Strategic Partners, and the design reflects input from people who carry daily under real constraints — not just range conditions.
The shell is Boltaron wrapped in microfiber suede. The suede facing sits against the body and serves a practical purpose: it reduces the pistol’s tendency to shift during movement and softens the feel of the holster against skin or an undershirt. Boltaron gives the shell the rigidity needed for one-handed re-holstering, which matters if your support hand is occupied.
Retention is passive, relying on the trigger guard and ejection port geometry to hold the pistol without any active device to disengage. Tension is adjustable, so you can dial in the draw resistance to match your preference or the conditions you’re carrying in. The sight channel is cut to a height that accommodates both micro and full-size red-dot sights mounted behind the ejection port, so the holster doesn’t force a choice between an optic and a dedicated carry rig.
The over-the-belt polymer clips open outward and lock in place as the holster slides down onto the belt. A finger tab allows quick on and off without tools. The clip struts accept interchangeable concealment shims in three sizes, letting you adjust how aggressively the grip tucks toward the body — a meaningful difference for anyone whose body shape or cover garment makes grip printing a recurring problem. This is a right-hand draw configuration in Black.
