Description

The Safariland INCOG-X is a purpose-built inside-the-waistband holster developed in collaboration with Haley Strategic Partners, aimed at concealed carriers who run a Staccato CS, C, or P with a weapon light and a red dot sight. The holster is built around a thermoformed Boltaron shell wrapped in microfiber suede, a combination that keeps the rigid structure needed for reliable one-handed reholstering while reducing the abrasion and moisture discomfort that bare polymer creates against skin or clothing over a full day of carry.

Retention is passive, relying on the geometry of the trigger guard and ejection port cavity rather than an active locking mechanism. A tension adjustment screw lets you dial the draw resistance tighter or looser to suit your draw preference without changing the fundamental security of the fit. The sight channel is cut to accommodate both micro and full-size red dot footprints, so swapping optics does not force a holster change.

The clip system is where this iteration of the INCOG design diverges most from its predecessors. The over-the-belt polymer clips open outward and ride down with the holster as it seats over the belt, creating a mechanical lock that holds position without requiring a set-screw or fixed cant. An actuated finger tab flexes to release the clips, allowing quick on and off without bending the belt. Three sizes of concealment shims install and remove from the clip struts without tools, letting you adjust how far the grip stands off the body to balance print reduction against draw speed.
