Description
The Strike Industries Triple Crown is a hybrid muzzle device that sits between a pure compensator and a pure muzzle brake, making it a practical choice for shooters who want meaningful recoil and muzzle management without committing to the extreme side blast of a dedicated brake. The three-chamber design vents propellant gas in a way that works on two problems at once: the chambers bleed off rearward pressure to soften felt recoil, while dedicated vertical ports at the top push the muzzle down rather than letting it climb between shots. That combination keeps your sights on target through the follow-through, which matters more on fast follow-up shots than any single-shot recoil number.
The front end is cut with an aggressive crenelated crown. Beyond aesthetics, that geometry gives the device utility as a standoff tool for close-quarters use or wire-cutting support — a deliberate design choice rather than ornamentation. Construction is heavy-duty steel with a parkerized finish, which is a matte, corrosion-resistant surface treatment that holds up well to field use without the reflectivity of a polished coating. The device is also compatible with the Ferfrans Concussion Reduction Device, so if the lateral blast becomes a problem on a shared range or in an enclosed space, you can fit a CRD over the Triple Crown to redirect it. A crush washer is included for proper timing and seating on installation. Note that a 7/8-inch wrench is required — the flat geometry differs from a standard A2 flash hider.
